I think we rescheduled 3 times before we landed on the perfect day — beautiful weather, not too hot, not too windy, not too anything. Just right. But as we headed toward our intended location, new construction blocked access and would add another 15 minutes to get around it, and we were already starting in the last hour of the day, so I made a quick decision to change the location (PIVOT!) and it was … just right!
As soon as Mama got out of the car and I saw her flower crown, I was in love! That’s right, ladies, dress all the way up! We are celebrating something beautiful and majestic! Let’s do it right!
I felt like we had an instant connection, and their wee one was just an absolute doll. I am, as always, so grateful for the families I get to work with and the beauty I get to witness. (And I’m grateful to The V Family for referring them to me!)

I absolutely cannot decide which I like best — color or black & white. All I know is that I always love this pose.
